Padstow Dental requires payment on the day of treatment, so we make sure that you are informed of these costs prior to your visit.
We accept Cash, Cheques, EFTPOS, and Credit Cards and are also conveniently set-up with the HICAPS facility, so your health fund claims are completed on the spot.
As with many people, time is very precious to us and appointments are customised to your needs and visit. We make every effort to adhere to your appointment time and we ask that you please do the same.
If you are unable to make an appointment, please offer us the courtesy of 48 hours’ notice, otherwise a fee may incur. With 48 hours’ notice, we can more easily accommodate patients who may be on standby, waiting for a suitable appointment time.
We respect your time and request that you please do the same for us. We will always send you a text 72-hours in advance to allow enough time to cancel or reschedule your appointment if required. If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule your appointment, please allow us 48 hours’ notice. We are a busy practice and often have other patients waiting desperately for appointments. A late cancellation or rescheduling fee of $75 will be charged to any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled within a 48-hour period.
Our sterilising room is state-of-the-art and set up with the latest equipment and technology to ensure your health and safety comes first. We have an extremely high standard when it comes to infection control and adhere to all the current guidelines set in the Australian Standards. Our staff are highly trained and committed to giving our patients the safest environment possible.
There are several options for parking near us, directly opposite there is a small car park which offers 2 hours free. There is ample 1 hour street parking and directly behind our premises there is a large multi storey commuter car park without time restrictions.
We are conveniently located just minutes away from Padstow train station and bus stops. As you come out of Padstow train station, turn to your left and walk down the hill along Howard Road. It is a 3–5-minute walk. The bus stops are located on Howard Rd near the exit of the train station..

For your convenience we can also claim for your children’s Medicare payments. If you have a Medicare voucher for treatment, you will only be required to pay a small gap payment.
